To the staff at Encounter Tours
We just got back from Athens and would like to thank you for arrranging our tour so efficiently. It has been a pleasure dealing with you and we are very impressed by the quick responses to all our enquiries . We really enjoyed all the tours, especially the private tour in Rhodes and the Delphi tour. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and gave us a fascinating overview of Greek history and mythology. Thanks to Hetty for arranging all the transfers so well. We never had to wait for the pickup.
I thought you would like our feedback about the hotels.
The Rhodes Mediterranean , of course was the best, with the added benefit of the waterfront location. The Jason Prime hotel was very good with great service and very helpful staff. It was also very convenient for shopping etc.
On the islands, Petasos Town was quite good, though some rooms had a very small bathroom. However, the lady in charge was extremely nice and capable
The Hotel Anemomylos in Santorini was beautiful with its bowered restaurant and warm staff, but the only flaw was that the rooms with the great balcony view The staff was extremely helpful, though. We had a lovely sunset view in Oia and enjoyed the half day tour of the caldera and hot springs, Thanks again for giving us such an enjoyable experience of Greece. As you had mentioned, we did leave with a piece of Greece in our hearts!

Just wanted to let you know that I had a wonderful time on my tour . Yanni was an amazing guide. I was little apprehensive for going on a organized tour. I was quite surprised how much I enjoyed having a guide and everything that was ready for us on each place we went. Now I don't think I would have felt that way about any tour. Yanni was just so much fun to be with!!! He is so knowledgeable and accommodating and easy going. He and all of your representatives took very good care of us and that made our trip amazingly wonderful. I'm sure you are aware of all this but I thought I would give you the feedback anyways!

I had a wonderful time and learned a lot from the tour guides all throughout the country, Not only were they knowledgeable in ancient history, they consistently positioned us in excellent locations where we can take great pictures, I definitely would go on another tour with Encounter tours, if the opportunity presents itself. "We have always wanted to see Greece, but we didn't want to go either by ourselves or with a large tour group. When a friend from Denver told us about Encounter LLC, we had a look at their website and spoke with Mr. Noratli manager of the company. Shortly thereafter, we joined 13 other adventurers and headed off to Istanbul to join 14 day tour organized by Encounter tours and its representatives. The Culture, history shown to us by the guides made our trip to Greece a wonderful experience.
Would definitely go again !
